Little Comparison...

I was flipping through my Archie comic Sixties book 2 when I looked on the cover and spotted Betty's colorful bracelet. It reminded me of melody's colorful bracelet she had on a cover of Josie and the pussycats. Coincidence? It might be... After all, those were made at different times and both have different shapes on them. Its hard to see the difference, but its definitely a comparison to look over...

R.I.P Jon D'Agostino

Jon D'Agostino, a penciler, inker, letterer, and colorist died on November 28, 2010.  He was 81 years old.

The comic world will never forget what he did with Marvel (letterer for The Amazing Spider-Man #1, and much more), and Archie Comics.  (He has worked with/at Archie Comics for over 40 years.)  He also helped coach Stan Goldberg, who is now an Archie Comics legend.

Josie and The Pussycats Graphic Novel

I finally found and bought the Josie and The Pussycats' graphic novel collection thingy! :D It was the last one at my local comic shop! It's nine years old, but is in near mint (about 9.3) grading. Sweet!

I think I already posted this, but.....

Life with Archie: The Married Life

Has anyone read Life with Archie: The Married Life? I love 'em. Actually, I love anything that Archie Comics comes out with; but lets go back to the original subject. What do you guys think? Feel free to post comments saying what you think about Life with Archie: The Married Life. However, be warned. Once you read one of them, you won't be able to stop. I originally bought Life with Archie: The Married Life because it was a #1 Collectors Edition, but now I can't wait for the next one! :)

Kevin Keller Varient Cover

Kevin Keller's debut issue, Veronica #202, has completely sold out. To celebrate, Archie Comics is going to print a special limited edition variant cover for Veronica #202 this fall. It will be available on ArchieComics.com and comic specialty shops on Oct. 6th. This is the first reprint ever in Archie Comics' history.

Today I finally got Archie #613, the last part of The Man from R.I.V.E.R.D.A.L.E. mini-series.

It was AWESOME! It had a bit of surprise ending, too. I can tell you more if you want later, but for now, ciao everyone!

I totally recommend it. As an example of how popular it is, my local comic shop was sold out of part 4 of 4 in less then 12 hours!

In this picture, it seems that Archie, Moose, Cheryl, and Reggie have new haircuts. Cheryl and Reggie also got tans. and considering the title Archie Pals n' Gals has been turned into Archie and Friends. that's all for now!

Hey. Yeah, I started a blog. I named this blog 'Archie Comics World'.

About my other blogs: about a year ago I started a blog called winx party, it wasn't successful at first, but it slowly got some followers (like two) then I changed the name to true blue winx, by that time I changed my blog's template and pictures too! a little later on I got about four more followers, and changed the name again, (last time I changed the name, promise) to winx mermaids, and now have 25 followers, and some other blogs. I can't thank my other writers of my blog enough for helping make winx mermaids an awesome blog!
